FOUNDER

Dr. Juan-Marcelo Gómez is a business educator and practitioner. His primary research interest is on processes and complex systems of sustainable supply chains, with a specialization on practices and technology in the agri-food industry. His doctoral studies examined supply chain ecological priorities and tensions. He is a certified professional and a former instructor with ASCM for managing risks and disruptions and leveraging technology for streamlining processes. His cross-industry experience in the areas of supply chain strategy and optimization, sustainable development, and technologies and systems integration supports industry-partner efficiencies and the creation of dynamic capabilities. He publishes on the topics of food safety, sustainability, track and trace and blockchain technology, and work-integrated-learning and learning technologies.
